El llanto tiene una geología propia: el colapso de una estructura que ha agotado su capacidad de contención. Sostenerse exige una tensión muscular y psíquica que, acumulada, se vuelve insostenible. Llorar es dar forma líquida a lo que ya no cabe en el cuerpo. A lo largo de la historia, hemos fabricado objetos destinados a recibir ese desborde, entre ellos, el pañuelo.

Objeto para sostener el quiebre.

La obra lleva bordado a mano un volcán como memoria de una erupción íntima, prueba de que toda descarga tuvo antes una acumulación silenciosa.

Crying has a geology of its own: the collapse of a structure that has exhausted its capacity to contain. Holding oneself together requires a muscular and psychological tension that, as it accumulates, becomes impossible to sustain. To cry is to give liquid form to what the body can no longer contain. Throughout history, we have made objects intended to receive this overflow, among them, the handkerchief.

An object for holding the breaking point.

The work bears a hand-embroidered volcano as the memory of an intimate eruption, evidence that every release was preceded by a silent accumulation.
