Artista plástica de la Universidad Nacional, y Máster en Fotografía y Artes Visuales de LUCA School of Arts, se formó en teatro contemporáneo con la compañía Hombre Arte Teatro (H.A.T) en Bogotá.

Entendiendo el cuerpo como un tejido en expansión, le gusta crear imágenes que buscan la abstracción de lo humano más que su representación como algo estático y definido. En su obra la imagen “humana” pierde protagonismo y se fusiona con los elementos que la contienen.

Su trabajo se nutre de los lenguajes del mito y la ciencia ficción, y de disciplinas como la biología y la botánica, buscando comprender el mundo natural desde una perspectiva científica pero también poética y simbólica. Su investigación interdisciplinaria no se limita a un solo medio, sino que se expande hacia lo performático, lo material, lo digital y lo espacial.

Actualmente, está explorando la dimensión microscópica de los cuerpos vegetales y minerales, utilizando como principales medios el microscopio, la fotografía digital y el vídeo, que luego se desplegará en el espacio a través de instalaciones y performance.

A visual artist from the National University of Colombia and a Master's in Photography and Visual Arts from LUCA School of Arts, she trained in contemporary theater with the Hombre Arte Teatro (H.A.T) company in Bogotá.

Understanding the body as an expanding fabric, she enjoys creating images that seek to abstract the human rather than represent it as something static and defined. In her work, the "human" image loses prominence and merges with the elements that contain it.

Her work draws on the languages ​​of myth and science fiction, and disciplines such as biology and botany, seeking to understand the natural world from a scientific but also poetic and symbolic perspective. Her interdisciplinary research is not limited to a single medium, but expands into the performative, the material, the digital, and the spatial.

Currently, she is exploring the microscopic dimension of plant and mineral bodies, using the microscope, digital photography, and video as her primary media, which she then deploys in space through installations and performances.
